Luciyah Child Safety Standards
Luciyah is an adults-only, consent-first product from Anshina Ltd. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, we act on reports, and we report confirmed material to the appropriate authority.
Zero tolerance
Luciyah has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It is prohibited by our Terms of Service and we act on it whether or not it also breaks the law in a given country.
CSAE means content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child, including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or otherwise sexualising a child. CSAM means child sexual abuse material: any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
What is prohibited
- Uploading, sharing or linking to CSAM.
- Grooming, soliciting or sexualising a person under 18.
- Using Luciyah to contact a child for any exploitative purpose.
- Creating an account if you are under 18.
Luciyah is for adults
Luciyah is for people aged 18 and over. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy both state this, the app is rated 18+ on the App Store, and on Google Play we restrict users determined to be minors from finding or downloading it. Luciyah has no chat and no free-form messages, and there is no way to send a photo, video, file or link to another person.
How to report
Inside the app, open the avatar menu at the top right and tap Report safety concern.
You can also email safety@anshinaltd.com. We review child safety reports before all others.
Enforcement
When violations are confirmed, actions may include:
- removing violating content;
- suspending or permanently disabling accounts;
- preserving records where an investigation may follow; and
- reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) or the National Crime Agency’s CEOP Command in the United Kingdom, where Anshina Ltd is registered.

Immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first. In the United Kingdom, suspected child sexual abuse can also be reported directly to NCA-CEOP and suspected criminal imagery to the IWF. Then email safety@anshinaltd.com so we can review and act on the account behavior.
